Must be in position to finalize the accounts in accordance with Company's Act, Accounting standards issued by ICAI. Good knowledge of accounts, Tally. Finalization of annual a/c, Taxation, Internal Audit etc. Male candidates preferred.




Officer – Accounts - 3 positions
Exp : 5 – 7 years
Qualification: B Com
CTC : 12 K to 15 K

Good knowledge of accounts, (Tally) Should handle the branch accounts independently up to preparation of Trial balance. Should be able to supervise a team of 2-5 people. Male candidates preferred




Asst. – Accounts 1 position
Qualification: B Com
Exp : 1-3 Years
CTC : 6 K

Opening for the position of Manager Marketing with leading Infrastructure & Construction Company.

Location: Bangalore
CTC - Around Rs. 8 Lakhs
Experience – 10-14 years
Qualification – MBA preferred
He will be reporting to GM-Mktg
He will have 3-4 Mktg executives, reporting to him
This is for residential marketing – marketing and sales of apartments/villa

Specific jobs involve:

Responsible for achieving the sales target for the given project.
Preparing marketing action plans for respective projects with targets in consultation with GM.
Harnessing market intelligence.
Responsible for contract review with respect to the assigned projects.
Liaisoning with financial institutions and other external agencies with respect to payment collection and concluding sales.
To ensure collection of pending payments.
To ensure on time execution of sale agreements with marketing coordinators.
Correspondence with customers
Any other related work
