Title: Network Engineer.

Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Computers or Electronics & Communication (E&C) or BCA or BSc. in IT/CS, MCA / PGDCA (Computers ) with excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Job Responsibilities:
 Visit clients*/customers and handle service requests professionally.
 Resolve all the computer hardware or network related issues on the spot.
 Testing, diagnosing, analyzing and identifying troubles in the network.
 Interpreting network practices, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and service orders.
 Coordinate and implement software code upgrades in all network equipment during appropriate maintenance window
 Coordinate and implement the installation of new equipment and products in the network
 Coordinate and implement the removal of network equipment being displaces or replaced.
 Provide network security infrastructure including, but not limited to, administration of appropriate access protection; system integrity / Reliability; audit control; system recovery methods and procedures; prevention of breaches, intrusions, and / or system abuses; Awareness training; and compliance with IT security policy directives.
 Installing, repairing, and adjusting network equipment and facilities
 Install and troubleshoot Internet connections, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, hubs, routers and firewalls.
 Design and install network for medium and small businesses.
 Develop client-facing presentations using Microsoft Power Point and directly interact with clients to provide network solutions.
 On the spot decision and provide professional service to clients.

*Must have his/her own vehicle

Experience:
2 - 3 yrs of industry experience in network maintenance and operations procedures Experience in trending and root cause analysis of network performance data and training/experience in quality and process improvement practices in this field. Good English and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are must. Candidates with industry accredited certifications is preferred.
