Skill Set (Mandatory)

a. Prior experience in selling embedded solutions in automotive

segment.

b. Knowledge of Solutions business.

c. Knowledge of automotive industry.

d. Aggressive sales personality.

e. Good communication skills.

f. Good analytical skills.

g. Willing to travel

h. Excellent Time management and self-motivation skills.



Skill Set (Desirable) 

a. Hands on MATLAB/Simulink.

b. Knowledge of Automotive electronics

c. Knowledge of Control Engineering will be an added advantage

Project execution knowledge.

d. Problem solving skills.

e. Self motivating, aggressive, excellent communication both verbal as

well as written.

f. 3 to 5 years in Sales of embedded solutions/Automotive electronics

solutions or has handled a technical lead position with added

exposure in customer relation

g. Embedded systems knowledge, modeling knowledge.


Roles & Responsibilities

a. Sales of Automotive solutions/services – end-to-end closures

Create and qualify sales opportunities.

b. Managing large accounts.

c. Interactions with development and marketing team

Presentation, demonstration, requirement understanding.

d. Preparation of technical/commercial proposals

e. Achieve Sales target along with the team. Account Management.
