• Must have experience working on Enterprise Platform and troubleshooting issues related to Windows Server 2003 R1/R2 , Windows Server 2008 R2 ,SQL or Exchange server
• Should be well versed on Remote server administration tools and management of virtual workloads
• Should have used VMWARE to virtualize customer issues or in production
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High technical competency in computers (hardware, software, network)
• Familiarity with PC diagnostic tools
• Professional computer certification like BCA, BSC, MCP/MCSE or A++ (Computers) preferred.
• Aptitude to research and resolve challenging issues faced by customers
• Problem determination skills/ ability to reason and deduct
