Title: Technician
Job Function: IT /Hardware/Computer Networking
Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore
Industry/Sector: IT-Hardware /Networking
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Computers or Electronics & Communication (E&C) or BCA or BSc. in IT/CS with
excellent communication skills. Specialization in Computer Hardware will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
 Visit clients*/customers and handle requests professionally.
 Handle service or sale orders efficiently.
 Resolve all the computer hardware or network related issues on the spot.
 Install and troubleshoot windows and Unix and upgrades of windows systems servers and workstations including Windows 98, NT, 2000 and XP.
 Install and troubleshoot Internet connections, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, hubs, routers and firewalls.
 Repair computers and computer accessories.
*Must have his/her own vehicle

Experience:
1 - 2 yrs of industry experience in this field. Good English and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are must.
