What we are looking for?

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - Software Services
Should be skilled with:
• Marketing / Sales in Software service viz. QA Services/ Embedded/ ERP/ Web Technologies (.Net & Java).
• Knowledge in Finance / Manufacturing / Electronics / Education / Logistics domains will be an added advantage.
• Proposal writing skills.
• Ability to handle presentations, conducting demos of the products and customer visits.
• Adept at filling RFPs and RFIs.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, meticulous and a genuine team player
Your Roles & Responsibilities will be:
• Responsible for administrating new initiatives and business processes/opportunities.
• Demand generation, lead qualification and account penetration.
• Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of action sales plan.
• Conducting research to generate and develop new databases.
• Being accountable for and managing quarterly account planning strategy and the future pipeline.
• Providing detailed operational support to sales associates.
• Methodical tracking, analyzing & reporting company's business operations.
• Primary customer contact for customers.
• Intelligently positioning the products and services in order to overcome the competition.
• Providing support throughout the sales cycle till the closure of the deal independently.
• In-depth liasing with other departments like marketing, editorial, technical, operations to maintain integrated campaign execution.
• Responsible for finding channel partners and manage reseller network.
• Willingness to travel and work in US and Europe Timezone.

Education:
Engineering background with MBA from a recognized University in Marketing/ Business Administration/ IT or similar. Freshers may also apply.
