A top-level remote IT technical liaison to support global enterprise customers, resellers, and partners, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of customer cases related to storage/back up product installation and usability. Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction results. Escalate qualified cases to tier 2 supports with full detail to ensure quick and accurate resolution by T2 staff. This position requires good analytical skills, the ability to find root causes of complicated problems, excellent soft (interpersonal) skills and a high level of responsibility.

• Graduate or Diploma with Twelve years of education with English as the medium
• At least 12 months experience with a technical environment working on Enterprise software support, preferably on complex software support
• At Least 24 months of IT experience
• Must have experience working on Enterprise Platform and troubleshooting issues related to Windows Server 2003 R1/R2 , Windows Server 2008 R2 ,SQL or Exchange server
• Should be well versed on Remote server administration tools and management of virtual workloads
• Should have used VMWARE to virtualize customer issues or in production
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High technical competency in computers (hardware, software, network)
• Familiarity with PC diagnostic tools
• Professional computer certification like BCA, BSC, MCP/MCSE or A++ (Computers) preferred.
• Aptitude to research and resolve challenging issues faced by customers
• Problem determination skills/ ability to reason and deduct
