PROJECT MANAGER : 03Position
Professional Civil Engineer to oversee all aspects of managing a construction site. The role will include leading a team of project engineers/supervisors, managing various contractors working on site, chairing all sorts of site co-ordination meetings, liaisoning between the contractors/consultants for various day-to-day site needs and proper site reporting. The critical challenges will be to deliver the project assigned to this position within budget, within time and to a high level of quality finish.
Candidate Profile: B.E/ Diploma Civil having Sound knowledge of English, Hindi & Kannada with 15+years experience in Planning, Scheduling and monitoring. Overall responsible for the Project Execution stage to Completion activities.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR : 09Position
Professional Civil Engineering Graduate to prepare the abstracts with rate analysis, cost analysis of project, Specifications, Contract conditions, Estimation of Quantities, Project Cost, Arriving at quantities, preparation of bills, making daily progress report, material management etc.
Candidate Profile: B.E Civil having Sound knowledge of English, Hindi & Kannada with 10+years experience in QS role with Computer knowledge.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER : 03Position
Professional Accountant to manage the Project Site’s Accounts payable, receivables, bills processing, VAT, transportation, handling Cash, Salaries, vendor payments, banking etc.,
Candidate Profile: M.Com/MBA having Sound knowledge of English, Hindi & Kannada with 10+years experience in Accounts with Computer Knowledge.

STORE KEEPER : 06Position
Stores Personnel for Making Indent, Purchase Order, MRN, Bill Inward, Comparative Statement before raise Purchase order, Make Local Purchase as Required by Site, Receipt & Issue. Physical Stock Verification. Maintain Minimum & Maximum Stock, Control of over Stock, Ledger and reporting to H.O.
Candidate Profile: Graduate/ Diploma having Sound knowledge of English, Hindi & Kannada with 10+years experience in Inventory management with Computer Knowledge.

SITE ENGINEER : 36Position
Professional Civil Engineer responsible for looking after complete Project execution right from designing till the project finish, have to lead operators, forman, skilled and unskilled workers, etc..
