Job Description


Realizing the engineering roadmaps to cutting edge products

Responsible for developing and delivering product/s to the market place

Responsible product release plans and execution of the same

Would be leading a team over 50 high-caliber engineers

Responsible for mentoring and leading the people from front

Responsible for engineering process definitions, improvements and implementation

Responsible for forecasts and budgets etc

Minimum 2-3 years Storage Industry experience in

senior management role in product development

Highly technical and comprehensive understanding on

different storage related technologies Unix Kernels,

Ability to work in a technology based start-up companies

Prior experience to lead teams over 50 developers and technical managers

Hands-on approach to the management is a the must
