Job Description
• This individual performs a variety of desktop publishing and creative tasks, including formatting and layout of subscription research and consulting documents, designing custom document and production templates, creating tables, figures, and graphics, and enhancing PowerPoint presentations.
• Candidates must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills (with heavy emphasis on PowerPoint, as well as better than average Word, and Excel), familiarity with HTML and XML, and demonstrated proficiency in Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• This individual will work on a PC platform for a fast-paced environment.
• The Graphic Production Specialist must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Candidates should also understand various document prepress considerations and be able to communicate and collaborate with analysts and project managers on the phone and via email.
• Candidates must exhibit creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to complete multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Lotus Notes experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidates must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills (with heavy emphasis on PowerPoint, as well as better than average Word, and Excel), familiarity with HTML and XML, and demonstrated proficiency in Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
